MyFlexiPark, how it works ?

Are you a driver looking to park your car at a specific location for one hour or longer without wasting time and money ? Does driving in circles stress you because you will be late again ? We can help you in a few clicks to find a parking spot ahead of time and close to your destination !

Once you have selected a convenient carpark spot, check the agenda for availibility and book it online. If the owner has selected the “fast booking” option, your reservation will be automatically validated after completion of your payment via our secure online platform. If not, the carpark owner will approve your reservation and you will be notified via Email. The booking will be finalized after your online payment.

Once you have booked, the stress is gone ! You now have secured a parking spot close to your destination and you can take profit of the extra free time that you saved.

Are you the lucky owner of a parking space you don't use all the time ? (e.g. during the day when you are at work, during an event, ...). MyflexiPark offers you a tool to optimize the use of your parking spot and make a driving member of the community happy.

Once your parking spot and availibilities are posted online, you will be informed when a driver of the community wants to rent it. If you have selected the "fast booking" option (typically if you offer a driveway), the booking will be automatically confirmed to the driver. In case of a normal booking, the booking will be confirmed only after your approval. It remains your decision.

Once you confirm the reservation, MyflexiPark ensures secure financial transaction and your bank account will be credited at the end of the month. At the end of each month, you will receive a detailed overview with all the reservations linked to your parking. MyflexiPark will retain a part of your rent fee to ensure smooth run of the service and further developments of the platform.
